shifts late. was told the tv was stuck open. shifts at 2500 min and 3k max at wot....until yesterday, it was about 75 outside at 9 pm and the car shifted at 1800 to 2k in all gears, was in 4 th at 55 rather than 70. is my trans really stuck open or is it another issue?
