No question it was one bad-@$$ ride for its day. All the more impressive considering what a mediocre platform the G-Body was overall. Let’s be honest, obviously we all love the G-Body, but its shortcomings are well-known and documented.

The Shortcomings of most cars built before 2010 or so are pretty much well known and documented. Name a car, any car and I'm pretty sure I can come up with a list of stuff that sucks about it.

The"under steer" and the body on frame issues with a G-body can be fixed pretty inexpensively. Usually guys that own 100% Stock cars never do these cheap fixes because it will "ruin" the originality. These people have mental disorders.

If you are going to pay $200K for a car and not drive it, you might as well buy a painting or a sculptures, then at least somebody will think you are cool.

I won't.

People don't think Jay Leno is cool because he has a big car collection. He's cool because he actually drives them.
