Everytime when im driving it and what to take it that high which is almost every stop light or sign lol but when in park it can go to 5500 without a problem

Well update on one of the cars and it's not mine.
My buddy changed the coil and car runs like new and can rev it to 5k and drives way better.

Could be a sticky needle valve in the carb. Supplies enough gas under no load but not enough under load.
I have the same issues with brand new MSD cap and rotors over the past couple years.
Same behavior you described.
Swap in a stock replacement cap and rotor and it was all better.
Cap and rotor are definitely cheaper than a coil. That's where I'd start.
