Only gauge cars had the Monte dash like the '70-'77 Chevelle's & El Camnio's. Then in '82 GM got wise (& cheap) to put the Monte cluster in everything.

If you check the part number he has listed it is for a

Maybe it's the box that's for the Vette & allows the Vette tax to be added.
