Can’t seem to find answer anywhere else
Excab suicide door windows open, roll down, or pop open or are they fixed in place no options

Dad's 2010 F-150 XLT had power windows and they did roll down.
According to the 2010 sales brochure the XL and STX models had fixed second row (Supercab) rear side windows although roll down second row windows were available in "Limited Markets".
May have still applied to the 2013 model year.

Looking at the 2010 brochure should have power front and second row windows for the supercab and crewcab standard.
The FX4 is a upgrade package from the XLT which had the power windows standard...at least in 2010.
