22 inch wheels

yes my friend has a 1986 el camino that he wants to put 22 inch wheels on and the tire size is 235/30/22 and he is going to have to use 1.25 adapters on the car.
1. is he gonna have to lift the car to make them fit and if so how much like 1 or 2 inches
2. does anybody have any pics of el camino's on 22 inch wheels

if he has low pro tires no lift is needed iv put 22s on a few gbodys in town and thay fit fine. if hes running adapter the wheel will be out far enf the wheels wont rub even if he lowers it about a inch tell him to throw them on and cut the wheels as sharp as he can thay shouldent hit anything. now 23s with low pro tires u will need a to lift a inch and mit hit the fenders so if ur guy has to tall of a tire on the 22 then he mit want to get a lower pro tires if he dont want to lift it 22s look fine on gbodys and long as there not lifted imo

ok thats great i will let him know right now his suspension is worn out so it is sagging does anybody know the stock height of the car from the frame below the doors to the ground so he can check to make sure they fit.

his tire is a 235/30/22 so its 27.55 inches tall.

does anybody on here have pics of el caminos on 22's
