i just put some 22's on my grand prix. and i cant turn my wheel. one side looks pushed back on the front a lil bit more than the other side. and in the rear my exaust touches the tire

Sounds like backspacing is wrong. Gonna need new rims, or spacers.

ok thats sounds simple enough, i know about the spacers and everything i just didn/t know if i need to do an fabrication on the wheel wells

what is the BS on the wheels you have?

bro i dont even have a clue. i bought them off a guy. he said he had them on a monte carlo. is the any place on the rim that would tell me or would i have to measure it. also with me getting spacers wat would be a good size to get. cause like i cant even turn my wheel a lil bit before it rubs

Are you sure they weren't off of a FWD Monte? You would have to measure the backspace to figure the size of spacer you'd need. Then you may end up pushing the wheels out past the fender lip. It may be worth selling these and buying the right size/backspace wheel.

post a picture of these wheels?

or link to a website?
