HOW HARD IS IT TO CHANGE FREEZE PLUGS ON THIS ENGINE AND ANY RECONMENDATIONS FOR PARTS?

Please, stop with the caps lock!!! We can hear you just fine without you resorting to shouting at our eyes.

Is the engine in or out of the car? If in, which freeze plugs? Some are readily accessible, some are not. Definitely use brass replacements to avoid future rustouts. Also, for the hard to reach plugs, you can get an expandable rubber freeze plug replacement that you push in and tighten the nut to seal. Not ideal but it may be the only alternative for a hard-to-reach plug.

freeze plugs

i feel for ya, if the leaking plug is in the back of the block and thats a 50-50 chance  they'll all be easy if you pull your motor 😀

before trying to install it, do you know why it came out? last time i dealt with frost plugs blown out was on the 454 in my dads boat, turned out the guy he bought it from didnt winterize the boat and the block froze, the area where the plugs were at was fine but the water jacket between the cylinders and the lifter valley looked like the grand canyon!
