Joe answered that in the first reply. Even a garden variety 200-4r will hold up to a regular street tired 350 if its not being stupidly abused. Also a GOOD shift kit such as what ckperformance.com sells will go a long way in helping it hold up assuming it is still healthy.
 
My 2004r has lasted so far with a big Trans go shift kit, hardened pump rings, BO servo,generic high stall :roll: , big trans cooler deep pan and 700r4 filter. My engine puts out more than 200 hp and 300+ ft/lbs of torque. The early 350 Olds can go .100 over and last forever stock. They are high nickel content block and can take 500 hp quite easy. There is a guy pushing 1000+ out of a gas block Olds 350, not stock parts of course.
