86 buick regal 350 small block problems

i have chevy 350 small block in my regal i heard tapping noise coming from up top i thought it might have been the lifter not tighting all the way as i was driving i heard louder clunking noise coming from right side of the motorstop at the light go to pull off n sound like the something had drop out the motor n seen white cloud come out tail pipe. i go to drain the oil i have antifreeze in the oil pan. check out the pic n let me know if its anything i can do or do i have to buy a new motor. this suck only had the car 4 months n only drove it around the block three time

my guess would be the oil pan!

you are going to have to get that block machined, also you need a new crank, pistons, rods and possibly heads so nothing less than a total rebuild
 
for all that work you probably would be better off finding a fully completed motor...
