The difference would be in the front frame horns, wheelbase is the same. Wagons and El Camino are different.
Some are identical, some are not...
You need to measure the frame horns (distance from the core support mount to bumper shock mount).
If they're different, it's not hard to lengthen/shorten them (you'll need a welder), or if you get lucky sometimes you can just compress the bumper shock a bit if they need to be shorter.
