Does it work? Or the better question is do you know for sure if it works? If you don't then it is a core. I wouldn't pay more than 50-75 bucks for a core. If it is indeed in great shape then probably a fair amount, 3-400 bucks???? That is what I would look to pay for one. Thats just me though. Others may be willing to pay a lot more. I just sold a th350 new filter, seals, shift kit, for a chevy bolt pattern for $200. I had a hard time selling it.
 
its a good trans, the car was running and driving and the guy had a different combo to put in it so he pulled it out for me, but first he fired it up and drove it around to demonstrate
