i swapped out my 350 diesel(P.O.S!!!!) for a 455 out of a 76 cutlass. the problem is headers. i cant find any at all!! can anybody help me out on this. also i have a posi rear-end out of a iroc-z camaro. does any body know if that will bolt in with no major mods on the suspension? thanks

the camaro housing won't work but the posi itself should.

this is off jegs.com, by hooker headers

Have you tried to run 1 3/4" primary small block olds headers? The headers for the small block olds (260-403) will bolt to the big block. You may have to slightly notch the frame here and there...

What did you do with your diesel? Where are you located? I'm not far from Orlando...

Only headers I know of for that swap are Kooks and Hooker. Both are pretty expensive. I really dont know what is on my Olds right now. There arent any markings at all on it. Goodluck getting something to work.

there are people that use the small block headers...but they are always cut and butchered...your best bet would be to use the high performance W Z manifolds...reproduced at 250 a pair..much cheaper than those headers.

sorry the diesel was scrapped about a month ago. now r there any web site for these small block headers or w z manifolds? thank u guys for the help

the diesel block is highly sought after for its strength....you goofed by scrapping it!!! many ppl convert them to high compression gas engines!
