That's exactly what's in my '83 Cutlass. That price is reasonable and the swap is about as difficult as any other, not hard at all. You may have to extend a wire or two. If your Cutlass has a Buick motor in it now then you can use those engine mounts. If you use the Turbo 400 trans you'll need a new trans crossmember and a shorter driveshaft. You'll probably have to get new V8 springs & shock for your front end, and I'd recommend a larger radiator to cool that big block. It's definitely fun to drive.
