I am doing a 85 Cutlass Salon engine swap to the above subject.
I was wondering if anyone has installed a hydralic clutch for thier g-body?
I would appriciate any advice on where to get parts, installation, etc..
i am currently doing a five speed swap into my 79 elky. i am planning on using a master cylinder from an 87 s-10 and to plumb it to a universal hydraulic throwout bearing that goes inside the bellhousing. as for a pedal i can't find one that fits directly, but there is a site where a fellow uses f-body pedals. i will probably fab mine.
hope it helps
try and find an iraqi taxi for the pedals. mine is linkage, but you shouldnt have any problems using those. you will have to modify the hydraulic clutch arm. also, camaros 84+ were hydraulic so if you can pilfer one of them you will have everything you need.
