496 Stroker Big block "blue smoke"

yeah, if i paid someone to build it and it started smokin i would for sure take it back to them. call that guy to have him come look at it. im sure if he builds engines he will have a compression guage and leak down kit.

My friend and mechanic got in a verbal fight today he is really stuck now with no help in that end . I think the mechanic xxxx him some how, but as a friend I am going to check it out for him this week
 
idk, how much a lot is, but if some blue smoke is coming out think of other things first.................. Every motor I have built it takes a week or two (I don't drive the cars much so it takes longer) for the rings to be completely sealed. Did the headers or exhaust get oil in them? is there somehting in the exhaust? it could be many things. I wouldn't tear down just yet
