hey i was watching robocop the other day and it got me thinking what type of car was the 6000 sux ? and i read somwhere it was a cutlass . does any body have pics to compare what they did to change the look of it ? just by watching the movie i could never tell it was a cutlass

According to Wikipedia it was a '76 Cutlass with "extensive bodywork."

that pic isnt a 76 Cutlass... Looks more like a Pontiac 6000 LE/STE or maybe a Celebrity....

It is a Cutlass. Obviously all the body work is changed, but look at the windows on the doors, as well as the windsheild, that's Cutlass all the way.

The headlight bezels from the 442 'waterfall' design header panel are a dead givaway.
