Is there anyone that can tell me what vehicles came with a 7.5 posi 26 spline that i can transplant into my car?

Every G-body came with a 7.5 with 26 spline axles, with the exception of the 8.5" equiped '84-'87 Turbo Buicks and 442-H/O's.
Posi was optional for every single make and model, so it depends on how the car was ordered.
G80 is the RPO code to look for under the trunklid for a posi rear.

those 7.625 rears ends weren't anything special tho since htey still used the 26 spline axles which are the weakest link in the 7.5 rear end....there are some 7.625 rears in the F bodies however that used the 28 spline axles but to use that carrier in a 7.5 G body rear end you'll have to find axles from a Grand National which used the 28 spline axles in the 8.5 rear end.
