78-79 Buick Interchangable Clip?

Your best bet is something from 78-80. After that the body lines changed. I kinda like the '80 clip because it's a one year design.

Not sure about that. Personally I'm not a fan of mixing and matching but that's just my opinion.

doesnt really bother me, whichever front end fits that i find first to get rid of the messed up one i have is fine. im sure the monte carlo from that period wont work though 8)
