They are all the same as far as doors, fenders, etc go. The fenders are also the same as those used on Malibu's as well. The only real difference between years would be that in 83 ( IIRC), GM switched the header panel, grille and headlights. This change continued until the end of production, but all of the other body panels are identical. The same also goes for the GMC variant, the El Caballero. The 2 trucks (cars?) are the same except for minor trim variations. The sedans, trucks and wagons (and the Malibu and Le Mans 2 doors) never got the styling changes that went to the 2 door coupe versions of the Cutlass, Regal, Monte Carlo and Grand Prix in 1982. They stayed pretty much the same throughout the whole production run. I think most of the 4 doors also shared a common trunk lid as well, with only the Regal and early fastback Cutlass Salon being different.

There is one difference in Camino doors. The 86-87 (somebody check me on these years) doors used a different mirror than the 78-85 doors, and thus the stamped holes in the shell are slightly different. Everything else is the same and if you swap the mirrors, any 78-87 Camino door shell will swap.
