Chances are that it had an option of a "posi" rear. Im pretty sure all Gbodies were offered with the option of a limited slip.
There are numbers stamped into the passenger side axle tube. You can record those numbers and look up the gear ratio and whether it's a posi or not. That's assuming the rear end has never been tampered with.
