New Guy here, not my first Monte but my 1st 78. My 1st was a 87 SS. I was just out of highshool so i needed less of a project. now i have a career and this one is here to stay. i'm her 2nd owner. just got her home last Fri.

not much happening until the winter and next spring but i'll get plenty of idea from you guys im sure.
she's solid and is in prestine condition.

thank you, i really would like to get my own thread started with pictures etc, but i don't wana just post to post to get my post count up..

however, i do have a few questions.
i've done some looking, but haven't come up with some ligit answers. are there any sequencial (sp?) tail lights for the 3rd gen montes??

i'm getting some parts (suspension and engine) stocked up for the winter but these sort of small mods i can do before i put her away for the winter.

i'll have more later, thank you

Welcome to gbodyforum you should post some pictures of your car. What part of kansas are you from?

car looks great, welcome to the site!

just realized my little brothers ruin that picture

but she's the real winner. im a classic kind of guy so no 24s and 15inch subwoofers. tasteful mods only. i would like to get her back to her original green, which i'll add pics later and put some nice 17-18 cragars (or something similar) on her with a good stance.

i found a doner crate 350 with 5k miles but i have my heart set on a 383 next year.. should be FUN

Nice Monte ,cant wait to see what you do with it,though it allready looks like a clean crusier and welcome to the site I was born in Leavenworth got alot of fam up that way...
