It's a vinyl top.

upon further review, you're right. i got confused with the cowl tag reading 11T. all my vinyl topped cars had matching landau tops, so i have matching codes. amazing the things i learn here.

To find out the production numbers (or atleast those that made it into Canada) can't you check with GM's Canadian offices since they seem to have records of almost everything sold there?
