Do I need a steering wheel puller to replace the turn signal switch in the steering column? Also does anyone have a good wiring diagram that would show all the dash wiring? The previous owner ripped out an alarm system and I can't figure out where some of the wires go. I have no turn signals, brake lights, horn, dome light, stereo, or some dash lights. The head lights and running lights do work though. I would like to hear any ideas on a budget interior restore too. Thanks everyone.

Yes, but they are cheap enough. What you will also need is the tool to depress the lockout ring. That's a plate with holes that locks the wheel in one position. I made one by bending some bar stock into a big "U" and drilling a hole in the center so the column shaft can fit through. With the steering wheel nut you depress it and remove a snap ring then the plate comes off and all the goodies are under that.

Well my steering wheel is already off so I just need to depress the lock plate and remove the ring. Sweet! Thanks for the help!
