This is in LKQ Hawkins Point Baltimore. I took the right fender, and a corner lens and trim. The most interesting thing about this car is even though it was currently equipped with TH350, it has a clutch pedal setup for a manual transmission. I’m thinking somebody wants it.

Why isn't it closer to Pittsburgh??? I'm looking for another pedal set as my spare stuff is missing the brake pedal & clutch pedal stop to do Jr's 4 speed conversion he wants.

Replacement fenders are damn near $300 online not including the very expensive shipping cost. The fender I got is straight as an arrow with only one dime sized rust hole on the very lower front (easy to fix). Got it for $65

There is a single bolt that is used as the pivot for the pedals which is accessible from under the dash but isn't the most clear spot with some of the harnesses may cross around it. As with anything in that area removing the under column panel adds more access. That bump stop for the clutch pedal is held on with 2 bolts & nuts, being attached to the very front of the pedal hanger. The brake booster needs to be removed as its mount studs are part of the hanger if that would be pulled. Also the hanger could be pulled with the full dash in place but a hell alot easier with the dash removed.

So if someone wants to convert from auto to manual, you need both pedals including the pivot assembly and the bracket that hangs it? Is that correct?

Isn’t the stuff on eBay fairly cheap?

Both pedals, the pivot bolt/washers/bushings/nut, clutch bump stop bracket & clutch pedal starter safety switch (still available new). Both manual & auto cars used the same pedal hanger. Other parts (which I doubt is on that Elky) would be the upper rod & rod boot (most likely no good as the rubber ages poorly.)

Not really. There is new out there but as plentiful as 1st or 2nd gen A bodies.
