I've been trying to find a cable to work for this shifter. Does anyone have one for sale? I tried a couple different cables and I couldn't get one to work, either had park and no low or low and no park. Got so pissed I just threw a stock shifter in it. Any tips, tricks or cable part #'s would be much appreciated. Wanna get that in there, it'll make my interior and shifting will be so much more fun.

I had a dual gate in my 86 a couple years ago. My stock cable for the floor shifter was too short, the dual gate cable was broken so I went with an aftermarket unit. I cant remember the length or brand but I had to buy one with "Double eyelets on the ends of the cable to hook up to the shifter and the trans linkage and had to loop the cable around the transmission. It may have been a Hurst cable.

BTW off topic but were you at the Mcadoo car show this past sunday?

I was exhausted from the heat all week and working in it so the heat scared me away from going this year but my dad took my 86 cutlass salon that's for sale up there to see if we can get any bites on it. I saw you're from PA as well and he said he saw your cutlass there, I figured that was the car I saw online here when he told me.

Thank you, you know anybody who wants it? haha I can only go to a couple shows every summer due to my schedule at work (work weekends) so I probably wont make it to that show either this year unfortunately.

I have a th350 and 3.73's so I'm in the same boat with the highways. I usually come through to the hazelton area thru 921 and the backroads.

I know some were looking for this in the past and GM has long discontinued them but these are still available from rockauto under Pioneer part# CA-1102

I'm in need of one too. The link doesn't work. If someone has another link or part number that I can show to the folks at my local napa or autozone, it would be greatly appreciated.
