Latest and greatest GM p/n for the rear wheel cylinders is 19213349 or aftermarket equivalent.

7.5 and 8.5 use the same wheel cylinders, btw.

Here is a link with part numbers for the upgraded cylinders. Google is your friend.

It probably should be known as the "S10 BLAZER" wheel cylinder mod. S10 pickup trucks use the 3/4" wheel cylinder, power brakes or not. In fact, the S10 power brake trucks use the same wheel cylinder part number as the G-body. Brackets may be a good idea instead of the flimsy single retainer the stockers use. I believe that never helps allowing the wheel cylinder to move around a bit.

Read post #10 in that link carefully. Consider how you're going to use your car. Are you adding weight? Running a big block? Do you NEED the extra stopping power? G-body brakes in good condition, when adjusted properly, will stop a stock unit just fine. Even then panic stops can and do lock the rears rather handily. So you want to up your stopping ability by around 10-15% back there without a reason? Just something to consider.

Are you going drag racing, sub 11 second car or plan on it in the future? If not, read post #10 in that link again carefully.

The only upgrades I've found that's almost always under the "bigger is better" column is the fuel lines. Brakes? Not always unless you can bias them correctly.

Just a street car I guess regular will work
It should if you're staying stock, but that's not to say an upgrade is always bad or always good. Just make sure you know what the end game is going to be when you're (almost) done and plan accordingly. Don't just look at the Jeg's or Summit website and start throwing parts in the cart without a plan.
