Kinda wondering, why is the interior brown on a green car? Kinda think it looks a little wierd.

The seats have been incorrectly re-covered.
They should match the lighter color of the rest of the interior panels.
You can see that the material on the front bench simply hangs to the floor instead of being properly tucked up under the seat and secured with hog-rings.

So what are the plans for it?

Frame off Resto.. Truckarm suspension and BBC engine, rock crusher

Would be neat if it was kept green and tan. You don't see that combination too often and it looks great. I didn't even know they made them in that shade of green.

A few people have mentioned the green idea. I am going to keep this looking fairly stock on the outside but I think no matter what I do green will be tough to pull off well.

I have really not given it a ton of thought but right now I am leaning towards either a 2 tone deal or maybe a pewter/gunmetal.

The general approach on this will be a road racer so it has to stay simple and modern. I do not want a vintage look for the car at all besides the physical lines.

Man thats a good solid start you have there.I to thought about green as my car was originally green but I agree in that it can be hard to pull it off cause 9 out of 10 vehicles Ive seen in some shade or hue of green Ive disliked but there is aways one that can make it pop.Although that req's skills that I dont have.

Well at least you didn't say anything about painting it blue. Silver/greys look good on Cutlasses but, I don't know if it is the same in your area, but almost every Cutlass I see here is a grey, most of the 442's were that grey/pewter color if I'm not mistaken. But again, grey/silver would look good. You wouldn't happen to know what the paint code is? Looks like the RPO code tag is still on the trunk lid. I've never seen that color before, just that light green metallic.

Had a couple of hours this week to work on ol' girl.. I cannot even express the happiness when taking out the carpet & seeing not even a single spot of rust on the pan

Seriously??!?!?

I'm guessing you're gonna swap out the frame mounts. That's built for a little more than a 231
