I would rather part one out than to just crush a bunch of parts people could use. No matter how big or small some stuff is just to hard to find.

A closer look and you see that the interior has some pieces missing, hence it looks shot. However, doesn't seem rotted. Chrome side pieces look good. Looks like dirt covering the car from plowing the field next to it or something. Also there's garbage inside the car. So it may just need a good cleaning... Perhaps the body and frame aren't so bad.

I am hoping it will be a decent car for a rebuild but like I said if nothing else it can be parted out.

If its been sitting in grass for long, the car is likely toast. Also with that much garbage in it it has most likely been neglected. I would plan on buying it to part out, and then if there is an off chance it is salvageable then you have a bonus.

That's kinda what I was getting at too. Hopefully the inside doesn't smell like rat piss either. Either way good luck with it.
On another note I have a funny story to add about cars with trash in them.

My brother has a friend that had an old Cavalier with a bunch of McDonald's bags in it that he never threw away. One night they went out, came home and left the windows down. The next morning he went out to the car, opened the door and a raccoon ran out of the car with some fries in it's mouth!

funions.... i've always jokes about thoes but they finally surface lol. parting it out sounds like a good idea. if the dash isn't cracked and the gages seem fine there's a good amount for you. 454 is right, it just looks like dirt on it. if you can find a way under neath to look at the rockers and frame plus trunk from the bottom it might be a good buy. i think it just needs a good cleaning and it may reviel it's true potential. hope it goes in your favor

The people said its been sitting for 10 plus years. I am now debating on getting the car or a for 9 inch housing for my cutlass.
