81 monte carlo window motor problems. need help

my monte carlo window stopped going up not that long ago. i went to the part store got a new motor. when i came home to take my door panel off it looked a little more difficult the i had thought. i read the instructions and it said with a picture diagram drill a hole to get to a bolt. the only problem with that is i never got the diagram.

please help i have no idea at all how to get the motor out and its really cold driving with the window down all the time.

There are tiny dimples in the metal where you're supposed to drill (you can see the motor bolt hole behind them. I recommend getting a GM Fisher body manual, has pics and procedures...I have an 81 for $19. Steve [email protected]
