81 regal to 87 grand national

Most people won't know the difference if you just paint it black and put a GN spoiler on it. Anyone who knows these cars would spot the differences immediately but you would be surprised how many people complimented my 86 Regal as "wow cool... a grand national" and I have to say "no I wish, but thanks". And my car is just a limited that is has a really badly oxidized silver paint job and a vinyl top... And some people still don't know the difference. :lol:

If you get the hood, spoiler, black out the grill and all the trim, take off all the badges completely, and tint the windows so nobody see's your stock interior... At a quick glance you'll probably fool 95% of people.

well itll just appear as a gn from being black with all the proper body pieces. But i wanna put gnx fender vents on it and flares and i wont tint the windows. All the interior will b red leather with some black rims on it. Just something different than the usual. It will have a sbc in it too so from the sound you will know its not a grand national. But like you said some people dont know them through and through
