In my opinion this thing is gorgeous.
I don't know what body work it will need cause he never mentioned or pictured it.
But I would assume from the pictures it could be nothing major.
and on top only 2000 OBO I mean you cant go wrong.
But again you never know.

I am going to call him tomorrow and see if we can meet up to see it and test it.

Def ask some ?s... The pics don't show the front end at all... Or almost any of the drivers side... If it doesn't need major work , it looks to be a decent deal....

fyi its not a 442. Its only a regular Cutlass that said its looks to be a nice car and should be worth what he wants.

I knew it wasn't the more I kept looking at it, I was wondering also what is on the top behind the t top is that a vinyl or ??
I was also going to look at the vin and if there was no 9 in the 8th digit I was going to tell him he doesn't have a 442.
But I will go look at it tomorrow cause he wasn't available today and I will take pictures and post them here to get a little more insight on it.

But it still looks like a nice car and I just dream of t tops haha, I have always wanted a t top car and this isn't top bad, but like stated hes not showing the whole car in any of the pictures so we never know.

Well it's obviously not going to have a 9 in the VIN because they didn't make 442's in 81...

I'm sure he just put '442' in the title of his ad to get more people to find it when searching. Other than most likely being desicrated with a Chubby engine instead of a correct Olds mill ( ad just says '350' :? ), it seems pretty nice but you never know. When people start swapping engines, you never can tell what other 'modifications' were performed. Make sure this car hasn't been butchered up before buying.

Yes that car has the vinyl top on the back. Thats not the first time i seen that. Still a nice car from what you can see.

That's good to know.

I am definitely going to take my time looking at everything.
