ok so i been debating on what color i wanted to do my interior and just having all my trim sitting around i just decided to paint them black.. heres a few pics

got this dash piece it was shinny black with the red strip i did away wit it and now its all black.. thanks WARREN thats the hook up..

just stopped by and saw this post, and wanted to say i like what you did...it looks nice! i recently dyed my interior and it was the best thing i did. keep up the good work, your cars comin together nicely man
 
id say get some of that pinstriping from opgi. the have red and silver. it makes it look a lil better IMO. i think is like 4 bucks for a roll of eather.
 
thanks guys my interior will be black and brown. so when ever i figure out what im goin to do with the brown then ill add it

What prep work and paint did you use?
i used tide washing powder to clean and some blue shop towels to drry.. use some natural sunlight to heat up plastics and then did light coats on them unfortunetly the sun was not shinning alot that day but i got it done...
 
WELL guys i came across another car thats worth more than the el camino so im gonna sell these interior parts i was asking $150 for the plastics few not pictured
