Very nice and meticulous Grand Prix, gotta love them manual shift G-Bodies!! Quinn, he swapped in a manual column, must've got lucky with that! I can't find them anywhere!!

The Shifter / boot / console are identical to my '79 GP SJ 4 speed/301. Same color, too. Mine had leather buckets. Those are some rare pieces, there.

I had the same car. I found it on CL but it was a North Jersey car that was rusted beyond saving. It had 379,000 miles on it and still ran. I still have the 301 if anyone wants it. Believe it or not I paid more for the parts car than i did for the nice granny car.

Oh OK, thanks! How is it handling the 400? I plan on doing a Saginaw 4 speed swap very soon, just need the flywheel, clutch and pressure plate then I'll be getting to it...

Very nicely done GP. I like the fact that it was done to appear like a stock factory 4-spd car. The shorter console with the coin tray is a nice touch.
