83 el Camino lower inner door skins

Hi everyone, are there any restoration companies that make patch panels for the lower portion of the inner door skins for an 83 el Camino? I’ve search all over google and come up empty.

I don;t think so. it would be a bear to line them up if they did best thing is a new door shell
