83 front end on a 79?

hey will the front end from an 83 cutlass fit a 79 cutlass?

I really can't see it happening without some line modifacations..........the two just are'nt the same shape at the join point

Yeah too much changes from the doors to the fenders. I've seen people try/do off stuff before and have it work out but to just bolt it on I don't think will work

The body feature lines are different and won't line up. The wheel openings are also differently shaped, so the fronts wouldn't match the backs.

It might bolt up, but it won't look/work right.
