Pulled the 307 and 200 trans out of my 83 Hurst this weekend. Built a small block 383 and 350 turbo. This is temporary while I fix all the leaks in stock motor and trans. Going to bring it back to all original in a few years. Going to have some fun with bigger motor for a few years though 😀

Just put an Olds 350/403 in it and you can have your fun while still retaining it's original look. No one would ever know the difference unless they looked at the casting numbers. Tuck your original 307 away in the corner of your garage.

Already Done! 307 is on a stand in the back corner my garage and the trans is sitting next to it. Just have to find the time and money to go through both and get them back in the car.
