83 Hurst Olds Wheel paint

Anyone know the best paint to get for restoring 83 / 84 Hurst Olds wheels. Car is looking good, rims are near perfect! Have the Red Pinstripe from Stencils and Stripes, also the new lugs from gbodyparts.com. I believe I want argent silver, from Eastwood? Scuff up the area first, fog it in... Any pointers?
