84 Hurst Olds mystery plug

Can anyone tell me what this electrical plug goes to? I can't remember where it went if it went anywhere... Thanks in advance

Looks like the brake proportioning valve warning light wire. The clip plugs into a hole in the pinch weld joint between the firewall and the floor .

That is the wire for the brake proportioning valve but the retaining ring is missing. It should still hold on to the valve terminal.
