The floors are rock solid but I repainted them with rustolium anyways. Also later some peel n seal on floors and behind panels. New abs headliner and carpet. Repainted trunk and padded the black oem carpet back there. Swapped in clear marker lenses in the front as well as put in chrome headlight bezels. New Moog suspension with Monte ss springs and air shocks in back. Proly going with torque 15" wheels, 235/255 bf goods. Cob job exhaust this year. Paint and exhaust next year.

What brand of headers are those? I like how they sweep up and back. Build is looking good keep the updates coming from one cutlass guy to another. How do you like the abs headliner and how is fitment?

So the headers are eBay specials. Stainless with 1 7/8" primaries and 3.5" collector. I had to fight the passenger side and it's still not right. I dented a couple pipes and took some material away from the control arm bracket. If I ratchet it away from the frame it fits nice, so I might pull it to where I want it then hope when I fire up the car for the first time the heat will keep them put. The headliner was good quality but the hole for the dome light wasnt right. Not a deal breaker as I cut some and made it work. It came in the mail rolled up but you let it settle out over night and worked great.

I hadn't seen them headers prior, they looked like sanderson's that you had coated. I ran hooker comps when i had full tube headers. I currently have some mid length hedman's i had coated because i was going for a different look and performance sound as they fit the gbody frame better. I recall having to dent my hookers in the same spots as you to make them work.

Unfortunately mine doesnt have any kind of flange so I'm hoping a simple clamp will work. BTW has anyone here had luck with pulling the headers while they're hot and once they cool off release them and have them stay to where you want them?

Some more shots of the motor. Started it up yesterday, finally. Sounds good for the homemade exhaust and free raptor mufflers
