There’s a long way to go on this one. Just got a 8.5 rear end too.

Would be great to find a set of factory gauges. The goof who owned it before smashed them out with a pry bar. Destroyed the bezel, cut out the brackets for the console, and butchered the wiring under the hood.

Just bought the Haynes manual to help. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
If you want to do something different, I replaced all the gauges in the GP dash I swapped into my El Camino with Autometers with a little bit of mods.

One of the few times where aftermarket gauges don't suck and look out of place tbfh.

Def good custom work man.

Love it. Do you have any build photos? Did you hack up the old ones to help with the mounting? Your input is really appreciated. I feel I need to make a decision either way and I can’t Carrie with those pics. Nice work
