Thanks for the good comments yeah i do want to change motor to a v8 305 or 307. i'm going to get it repainted the same color.

But why replace one boat anchor of a motor with another? :?

A Buick 350 is a direct swap, and you'll be much happier with the results than a 305 Chev or 307 Olds.

hey blake i'm kind of new to to the swap, what do you mean by a direct swap ? Are you saying to put another v8 from a regal ?
