whats up, i figured I should start a thread on my current build. The car is a an 85 monte carlo ss with 59k miles. I bought it from the second owner at a local car meet (davie, FL). The car currently has a 4 bolt 350, and all necessary bolt on parts from the exhaust to the fuel system. The only parts that i will be transferring over to the new build will be the Barry Grant 280 fuel pump and Nitrous system. In regards to suspension, i have Bilstein shocks on all four corners, front and rear sways, and springs. The ride is very bouncy and is in need of an upgrade which is why i am looking at coilover/suspension upgrade from Ridetech and BMR(roughly 3 hours north from where i reside). I eventually want to upgrade the rear end to an 8.5in or a 9in ford as well as Disk brakes on all four corners. This will be a street car.

This is a general breakdown of the engine build
350 4 bolt fully machined and prepped by Redline Automotive in Davie, FL
Eagle crank and rods
Mahle forged piston
Moroso 6qt pan and pump/pick up
Dart SHP 200 64cc heads
performer RPM manifold
Holley 750 street HP
BG 280 electric pump/reg
N.O.S. 150 shot

Transmission
2004R
TCI 2800
CKperformance shift kit
CKperformance street/strip master rebuild

Here are a few pics of the car in its current state

hey hows it going, when i dropped my block off over at Redline rich mentioned he just did a 383 that was going into a Monte, looks like you were the guy, we have a similar build minus the brand names lol. its already been a month since I've dropped of the block but i think i'm getting it back tues days then i have to assemble it. Is your motor already built? and if so have you tuned it id like to know a realistic expectation to hp and tq specs, i was thinking of tossing a 250 shot on there but rich told me 100-150 would be the "safe" limit to go if i was dead set on the biggest spray jets.
