Ok so its not pretty but its complete and original. Its in a tow yard and they said it was impounded due to no registration and it ran and drove when they brought it in 6 months ago. I can get it for 1200. Think its worth it as it sits?

Hard to say from just those little photos but it would be nice to have someone save that car before it meets a worse fate.

Will they let you put a battery or a booster on it to verify the claim that it runs? Have you assessed how solid the body is? What condition is the interior?

Im going to take a better look at it. I saw it behind the fence and called... I know the passengerside door is dented, the fenders look rusty. Gonna get under it to see how things look, and check the interior out also. Im sure they will let me bring a battery to try and fire it up.

Seeing those pics and noticing your location brought back memories of 1986, oddly when that T-Type was new. I saw a tired, derilict '67 GS400 ragtop languishing behind a Freehold body shop in the fenced-in yard. Bought it for $400, rebuilt the engine, welded in floors and trunk pan, painted it in a barn and was cruising the Shore in '88. 8)
