i have chevy 350 small block in my regal i heard tapping noise coming from up top i thought it might have been the lifter not tighting all the way as i was driving i heard louder clunking noise coming from right side of the motorstop at the light go to pull off n sound like the something had drop out the motor n seen white cloud come out tail pipe. i go to drain the oil i have antifreeze in the oil pan. check out the pic n let me know if its anything i can do or do i have to buy a new motor. this suck only had the car 4 months n only drove it around the block three time

unfortunately it's not something we can say online. you need to have someone inspect the block. if there's heavy scoring of the cylinder walls then it's junk but even if there's nothing visible the block needs to be ultrasounded or magnafluxed to look for any cracks. then it will need a complete rebuild as any pieces that went through the engine will have destroyed bearings.
if it's a chevy 350 i say throw it out and get another one from the junkyard.
 
I would check it first tho, you should check any block before a build so if you get another block you'll still have to pay to have it checked. Looks from the picture that a valve destroyed the piston, the rod looks to still be in place so I would assume the worst possible damage would be some nasty groove in the cylinder wall there.
But yes a complete rebuild would definitely be the route to go, good luck
