86 regal no turn signals need help!

Ok, I recently replaced my steering column in my 86 regal, and now i cant figure out where my turnsignal wire from the column plugs in. Can anyone help me figure out where it goes? Also my head lights wont turn on but the parking lamps will, when you turn on the headlights it makes a dinging noise and everything dims while it does this any help would be appreciated. Also my hood and passenger fender have been taken off is there a critical ground there?

First ? what year/model did you get the colum from?

im not sure the year but it was a cutlass that i got the column from the wire looks the same as the wire from my original column i just cant find where it plugs into

Problem solved was a pinched wire
