To lower it like that all you would need to do is remove the aluminum fender trim and use a "fender roller" to roll the lip in. Be careful when using this and be gentle, roll slowly at the proper angle a little at a time. Tires should tuck right in with no problems. I had to google "fender roller" when I did mine and found a guy renting one out about an hour's drive away, so I did that -- it worked well (that was on a previous GP I used to own).

i wanna lower my car 2-2.5", and get new shocks. whats the most reliable cheaper parts way to do this.. brands, parts, etc?
 
got all my center's painted.. first pci is the actual ride height.

the back tires on these rims are 295/50/15... i wanna get some good 275/50/15's.
