From my observation, not all G-body cars came with the fender to core support bars. I honestly don't think it was part of the F41 package. I noticed that they came on most, if not all, Pontiac..Lemans, Bonneville, etc. GPs had them, but they were the curved, or bent style bars.
Some Cutlasses had them, but many I've seen had the thin almost wire like support bars.
They certainly were not on Malibus...or Monte Carlos for that matter.
Buicks may have had them...I don't recall.
