Have anybody bought something from 87ttop cause I was getting a fan shroud from him an paid him thru PayPal he said he would ship item on Monday an send tracking number I haven't heard from him since I don't won't to give him a bad name or nothin but I don't won't to feel like I got robbed. What should I do???

If you don't hear from him in a reasonable amount of time, make sure you file a dispute with Paypal WITHIN 45 days. I'd do it in 2 weeks. No guarantee of getting your money back, even if you win the dispute, sometimes people would rather lose/close their Paypal account and not have any funds available.
