Mine has a 1"×2" hole where the passenger valve cover rubbed it.

BTW, I can provide the piece using another a/c box from a c10 I have.

A junk yard I go to has two Cutlasses with the AC still in them. From what I remember theyre both complete minus the wiring. Downside is IM on Long Island. The shipping would be crazy high since the box would be oversize. I would call around junkyards in your area. Somebody has to have the AC setup from a G body.
